CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Order by the following dates for guaranteed delivery:

8th December for 2nd Class delivery.
9th December for 1st Class delivery.

International (All Products)
Order by 1st December.

Some orders to the EU may be subject to additional customs charges.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

Items are mailed out 3-6 business days (Please not this may be longer between mid November and December) after full payment has been received and cleared. We will notify you once your purchase has been dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Within UK (2ND CLASS): 2-5 business days (approx.) from date shipped.
Within UK (1ST CLASS): 1-2 business days (approx.) from date shipped.
Within UK (TRACKED): Arrives next day from date shipped (Requires signature).
International: please allow up to 28 days (approx.).
Please note: Deliveries may take slightly longer over the Christmas period.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and we cannot guarantee them. Because we cannot control this service in any way Law & Moore may not be held responsible in any way for late or non-deliveries.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

All items are shipped from the UK.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

Orders shipped as regular lettermail UK 1st and 2nd class (Royal Mail) do not have tracking information.

All International orders are posted using standard Airmail and do not have tracking information.

UK Tracked delivery will be tracked and will arrive the next day after date shipped (e.g Shipped 15th Jan – Delivered 16th Jan).

Please note some items may arrive separately.

Please note we are not responsible for any additional customs or duty charges once shipped.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

All items must be in resalable condition on return to us.

Please note that as our products are print on demand we have to deduct the return fee of 15% of the order total from your refund, as all items have been produced individually for you.

We do not refund the postage cost and are unable to cover any return postage.

We do not refund on lost orders until a 28 day postage period has elapsed. We are unable to cover the cost for the item to be returned to us.

We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
